Our Policies

In-stock Promise

We will make every effort to have every item we sell in stock, and orders are usually shipped within 36 hours. Occasionally, we receive a run on a certain checklist that depletes our stock. However, since production is done in-house, we usually need no longer than 4 days to ship an order that contains out-of-stock items.

Aircraft manuals are custom orders from third-party suppliers. We have no control over these shipping times. Usually, most manuals ship within 48 hours. However, some vendors can take up to 2 weeks to ship these custom orders. We are at their mercy. If you have a question about your manual order, please let us know.

We may occasionally modify these policies. All such changes will be reflected on this web page.
